Assistant Lodge Manager (1 Position)

Requirement
  • Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • 4-5 years’ experience as Manager/assistant manager in a Multi- Departmental environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Confidentiality and professionalism is expected at all times
  • Experience with budgets and labour costing
  • Previous experience working in a variety of operational areas within a Hotel Setting
  • Strong background in F&B Operations

Sustainability Coordinator (1 Position)

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in science related field such as environmental science, engineering, or equivalent experience in sustainability field.
  • Knowledge of and passion for sustainability, as well as safety and health.
  • Comfortable working in the field and outside of office hours.
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and determine work priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Experience collecting, tracking, and conducting basic data analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into graphs and tables for management/staff discussion.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Exemplary communication skills; ability to listen actively, receive and incorporate feedback, and communicate directly and respectfully at all times.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a cooperative environment.
  • Ability to remain open to the ideas of others and trying new approaches.

Housekeeping Supervisor (1 Position)

Requirement
  • Polite, courteous and helpful.
  • More than 2 years’ experience as a supervisor.
  • Minimum Diploma in Hotel and Tourism.
  • Able to prioritise requests effectively.
  • Able to deal with complaints in a calm and composed way.
  • Genuine interests in helping and resolving guests’ problems.
  • Must be able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  Any other additional language would be added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.  Knowledge of core lodge PMS and related software systems would be added advantage.
  • Must be organised and structured.
  • Must have levels of initiative.
  • Preferably with Diploma/Professional Certificate qualifications.
  • Ability to works under pressure and resolve problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail
